Absolute best experience working with Red Maple Catering! They went above and beyond to cater to a creative menu for my daughter's first birthday and all of the food was absolutely incredible. They even helped us create a mini cake decorating station with custom colored piping bags to match the theme. During the party they helped box them up and label them for the kids for the cutest party favor. They were so easy to work with and made the party so seamless. Can't wait to use them again!

For both events I requested a somewhat unconventional menu and the Red Maple team demonstrated their versatility. They executed each dish perfectly, like the fluffy Japanese pancakes, huckleberry basque cake, and Filipino breakfast. The planning team was responsive and considered all the variables, and Chef Johan and Taylor ensured my guests had a phenomenal experience. Red Maple was the best choice for my mom's 60th birthday party! The food was beyond amazing and the service was fabulous. Cassandra and the team thought of every single thing and it was so nice not having to worry about anything while you are hosting. She even placed the left over flowers around the venue and made the cutest bar sign for us. I can't say enough great things about how amazing the food and team members were. Our guests raved for days about the appetizers and the clean up was spotless. Thank you to everyone who was there making it perfect!!

This is a top notch operation. Landon, our personal chef, server.. etc was amazing, but the star was the food. The only mistake was ordering too much, as the portions were amazing! We ate at 6, top notch, highly ranked restaurants in Vail this week, but the meal everyone will remember is the one delivered by Landon and Red Maple Catering, right in our suite. Best meal of the week… and we never left the room… awesome! Serious 5 -star!
