Red Maple Catering is as good as it gets. Lots of foodies recently attended our son’s wedding on a barely accessible mountain ranch in Eagle. Many wondered how a dinner for seventy people could surpass dining at some of the finest restaurants in Denver. Fletcher, Jason, and Heather put on a five-star performance. They were a pleasure to work with and helped months of stressful wedding planning culminate in an extraordinary experience.
