Red Maple Catering is a passion project that we started in 2014 out of a deep appreciation for the art of crafting the perfect mix of flavorful food and beverages. Our private chef team is comprised of talented foodies with roots in the luxury hospitality industry – spanning experience gained at prestigious locations such as the Four Seasons, The Ritz-Carlton and Bellagio Las Vegas. Since then, we’ve catered every kind of event you can imagine for groups of four to 4,000+ across Vail, Beaver Creek, Edwards, Aspen, Breckenridge, Dallas and beyond.
